Abhishek-Naam To Suna Hoga

The title may compel you to think of a romantic scene in which a Bollywood hero sends out flirtatious emotions to the heroine. The Dialogue goes as :Raj-Naam To Suna Hoga............. .Here I want to provide the disclaimer that neither am I a fan of that particular hero, nor do not wish to send out any flirtatious emotions to anyone.I just want to emphasize that fact that this particular Noun-Abhishek is so common in the Indian community that you would find this name in virtually every community , caste , state ,region ,locality........

A Google search confirmed that there are around 1,63,000              users named Abhishek in its database .The meaning of the word Abhishek is Tilak, which the hindus apply on the forehead as a mark of good omen.

My personal experience has been that every classroom that I have been to till date has had at least a pair sharing the name Abhishek. The Tragedy about having such a name is a situation wherein you have to call out your own name to reach out to a person sharing your name. Another funny situation arises when you call out such a name in a crowded gathering and you get multiple responses, which may leave you totally confused.

This message also goes out to other commonly used names in India as Jagjit , Manpreet ,Raj .........

My heartiest sympathy to those Special  poor souls.

Love

IDENTITY CRISIS

IDENTITY CRISIS

The almighty made no difference at all,
The same blood flows through one and all.

God is one still varied names,
Devotion is the same but different lanes.

The barrier of caste divides us all,
Leading mankind to its unholy befall.

Hindus and Muslims are ever face to face,
Though  belonging to the same race.

They need no reason to fight,
Not ever using the power of might.

Violence and killing is all they get,
In this brutal war of hatred.

One may belong to Bombay or Bihar or Bengal,
But none is an Indian amongst us all.

For us to have a sustainable Future,
Brotherhood and love are the feelings to nurture.

The people got to use their might,
Keeping fruitful future in sight.

The Prevailing force needs to be the thread of unity,
For a amicably secular  society.
